SHIPPING POLICY

DROP 001 PRE-ORDERS

DROP 001 items are available for pre-order. Because these items are produced after the pre-order period, they will not ship immediately after your order is placed.

Production and fulfillment times are estimates and may vary. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once products are ready, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and do not include the production period for pre-order items. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

PEACEMAKERS is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos when applicable.
